Services

At the end of the day the most important part of a succesful service is communication. Home services require open communication. Its your house, you deserve to know about it.

Home Inspection

Inspection of readily accessible, visually observable, installed systems and components. Provide the client with a written report, using a format and medium selected by the inspector that states the condition the systems and components and in the professional judgment of the inspector, are not functioning properly, significantly deficient, unsafe, or are near the end of their service lives, recommendations to correct, or monitor for future correction. Inspections are completed using the ASHI® Code of Ethics for the Home Inspection Profession.

Home Service Plan

Once the home inspection is complete we can start a plan to keep your home in a condition that reduces costly repairs and maintains a condition that makes you feel comfortable in your home. This consists maintenance reminders about basic upkeep, set up home improvement projects directly from the inspection report or future ideas, document storage to keep the home’s paper trail all in one place, digitally stored for direct access, and keep track of everyone that has worked on your house and how they did.

Home Renovation Planning and Consultation

If you are thinking about changing something on your house but the task of figuring out how to approach it feels too daunting. Its next to impossible to access the financial and time requirements involved in most renovation projects. The best you can do is get close. I am a licensed general contractor that can help you get close. Let me help you get prepared to tackle the smallest and largest projects.

Thermal Imaging and Moisture Testing

Adding thermal imaging to your home inspection can add more insight in to the parts of your house that are not visible. Thermal technology can allow an inspector to look for possible hidden moisture and mold spots, electrical hot spots, problems in the structural integrity of the house, energy efficiency, and can detect the temperatures of these various small pests and critters.

Radon Testing

Breathing in high levels of radon can raise your risk of lung cancer. Testing your home is the only way to find out if you have a radon problem. If you do, then you can fix it.

Sewer Scope

Want to ensure you don’t need to dig out part of your yard to replace damaged septic or sewer piping? The best way to check this out is to use a sewer camera to see if there are any obstructions between your house and the septic/sewer connection.

Service Area

I am licensed in Oregon. Additional fees apply to travel more than 40 miles from home base in Hood River. Washington inspection are on the way.
